Cool & Refreshing Watermelon Cucumber Smoothie

A hydrating and mildly sweet fruit that pairs well with cucumber's light flavor.


Here's an original recipe for a Cucumber Watermelon Smoothie:


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed and chilled

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup (optional, to taste)

  • ½ cup coconut water (or regular water)

  • A handful of fresh mint leaves (optional)

  • 1 cup ice cubes


Instructions:

  1. Prep the Ingredients: Cut the watermelon into cubes, and peel and chop the cucumber.

  2. Blend: In a blender, add the watermelon, cucumber, lime juice, honey or agave (if using), and coconut water.

  3. Add Ice: Toss in the ice cubes for a chilled smoothie and blend until smooth.

  4. Taste and Adjust: Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness by adding more honey or agave if needed.

  5. Serve: Pour into a glass, optionally garnish with mint leaves, and enjoy a refreshing, hydrating drink!


This smoothie is light, revitalizing, and perfect for a hot day. The cucumber and watermelon combo makes it incredibly hydrating and full of natural flavors.
